Syspro Licensing Virtual Town Hall
Customer-led discussion. Compare notes, timelines, and practical ideas—no hard sell.
Date/Time: Wed, July 22nd, 2026 — 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (Pacific Time)
Format: Microsoft Teams (virtual)
A lot is still evolving in the Syspro landscape, especially around licensing, and many teams are continuing to navigate decisions on tight timelines.
Since our first session, new information has surfaced, perspectives have shifted, and questions remain; particularly around licensing updates, what these changes mean in practice, and how different teams are responding.
That’s why Dominic Systems is hosting a second Syspro Licensing Virtual Town Hall: a customer-led forum to reconvene, share updates, and continue the conversation.
This session will build on what was discussed previously, while also opening up new discussions around the future of these town halls, the idea of a Syspro customer forum, and how teams are starting to think about using Syspro data in AI initiatives.
If you’re still making sense of the changes, or simply want to hear how others are approaching them, you’re not alone.
What this is
This is not a sales webinar. It’s a discussion forum focused on Syspro customers learning from other Syspro customers, with light moderation and a practical, respectful tone.
This second session builds on the first Town Hall, with a focus on sharing updates, comparing how things are evolving, and expanding the conversation into new areas like AI and customer collaboration.
VARs/partners (implementation partners) may attend, but the focus is the customer experience and peer learning.
Who should attend
This town hall is designed for Syspro customers across:
- IT leadership and systems owners
- Finance and budgeting stakeholders
- Operations leaders impacted by user access decisions
If your team is dealing with quotes, renewals, timing pressure, or uncertainty about how to handle different types of Syspro users, you’ll likely hear something useful from others in the same boat.
If you attended the first Town Hall, this is a chance to compare what’s changed since then. If you’re new, you’ll quickly get up to speed by hearing what others are seeing and doing.
What we’ll talk about
Bring what you’re seeing, and feel free to just listen. Conversation topics will include:
- What’s changing (concurrent vs named users)
- Timelines, deadlines, and what they mean for budgeting and planning
- Coping strategies, especially for “occasional users” who only need visibility/inquiry access
- Updates and new information that have surfaced since the first Town Hall
- The future of these Town Halls: how often they should happen and how they should be structured
- Interest in a Syspro customer forum or shared space to exchange information outside of these sessions
- Early discussions and experiences using Syspro data in AI initiatives
Conversation starters
- Are you seeing “2× conversion” quotes (e.g., 40 concurrent → 80 named)?
- How are you handling occasional users who only need visibility/inquiry access?
- How are you planning with the timelines you were given?
- What new information or guidance have you received since the last Town Hall?
- Would you value an ongoing forum or space to connect with other Syspro customers?
- Is your team exploring AI using Syspro data? If so, what are you trying to achieve (or running into)?
Format & flow
- Virtual town hall: discussion + moderated Q&A
- Light moderation; customer-led discussion
- No hard sell
